Some changes

I’ve been working in the background trying to get a few things updated but also try and add a few things. However, there has been some pretty drastic changes in my personal life that have kept me from here. I don’t usually share this url with anyone, but if you are curious what my offline life has been like, please visit watermia.org. Just please, give me the same respect I give you about sharing offline information.

Anyways, enough on that. I have made a few changes with the domain. Aftermath has a new layout. I recently learned how to code CSS Grid and use a responsive navigation. I am slowly converting all of my sites to CSS Grid so that they will be responsive. Aftermath is the fourth layout ot receive it. Coco was the first on the domain, but mainly my second attempt. My blog was my first attempt and success. Her Melody, a fanlisting for Terra’s theme received a redo also. It is the third layout to become responsive, but it has also moved homes.

I am still working in the background on some pretty big projects, but those will remain a secret for a while. Till next time, enjoy the changes.

shattered memories new design

CATEGORIZED UNDER: new layout,sm.org | Comments Posted

Shattered Memories received an overhaul lately. I was debating whether to go ahead and put the new layout up or not, but I seem to find time around my daughter to work on some sites. Anyways, the domain layout has been reworked from head to toe. I added a new affiliate and even some new link-exchanges. If you care to link-exchange with me, go ahead contact me somehow. I plan to bring some other updates to projects, but those are being reworked at the moment and with having an almost one year old, my time is very limited. Plus, these next two years, I have some major events happening that I really need to concentrate on. I will continue to keep everything else updated, and here and there, you might actually see something new happen.

The layout was something that I was just messing around with. I still wanted to do iframes, but not my normal iframe. Once I saw the image of Lunafreya from Final Fantasy XV, I knew it was the perfect image to use. As much as I loved my old layout, I thought it was time for a change. Hope all the links work and everyone enjoys the new look.

New layout and Hibernation Mode

Shattered Memories has been placed on Hibernation Mode. Along with that, there is a new layout up for the site. The previous layout didn’t last long for I was in a huge debate on how to announce the hibernation. As stated before, I recently gave birth to my daughter, Leah, on August 7th 2016. As of right now, she is 2 months old. Time is very minimal for me. I barely have time to do what I usually like to do online that I know web designing will be much harder. I need to spend more time with my daughter. She needs me more than my sites do. I promise to return. I just don’t know when. When she starts crawling, my computer time will be drastically cut. As of right now, she sits near me, but I shouldn’t have her there all the time. She needs interaction from her mommy, and I cannot do that with my sites constantly needing me. I still love my sites and don’t want to leave the world of web altogether. I just need to balance my time better. Till I return, the domain is in hibernation mode and will remain that way. I am still available online through email and twitter if anyone wants to chat. I will still browse my normal forums. I just won’t have anything new. Till I return!

New Layout

CATEGORIZED UNDER: new layout,sm.org | Comments Posted

Shattered Memories finally has a new layout. I took a hibernation/hiatus due to the fact I was pregnant and was planning to have my daughter soon. She arrived on August 7th, and it was a pretty rocky start to adjust to everything with having a newborn around. Now, she is a month old and I have found time to actually work on a few things. The new layout features a princess from my favorite video game: Legend of Zelda. And, if you cannot guess the princess, it is Princess Zelda herself. I finally got a copy of the manga and I decided to scan some images and mash them, leaving some of the text. Well, the text was in English. I found an original to take the Japanese text. Anyways, I hope you like the new layout.
